Technically, it wasn't the first time Lea had woken up someplace strange. It was, however, the first time he'd woken up on a train. Pushing himself upright, he scrubbed a hand through his hair, looking around. Tattoos snaked up and down both of his arms and there was even one tucked behind one of his ears. A scar ran through his right eyebrow.
"The shit is this?" he asked no one in particular, scratching idly at his arm. "Who just sticks people on a train?"
He couldn't say he was particularly scared, but he was wary. His guard was up and he was ready to throw down with the first person to look at him wrong.
Inside Haven:
He made his way through town, hands in his pockets as he observed the dry ground and rusted-looking buildings. He hadn't seen a place this miserable looking in his life, despite being born poor as dirt before his father passed.
"What a shit hole." But he kind of liked it. It had character and everything was already so junked up that no one would probably care about more junk. It wasn't anything like his place back home but that didn't mean he couldn't make some improvements on things.
Lea turned his attention to you--yes, you--and said, "Hey, where do you think they sell spray paint around here?"
An Unfortunate Mugging: cw violence
One of the locals had made an ill-advised attempt to mug Lea. It wasn't going very well for the local. Though Lea sported a bloody nose, he already had the man down on the ground and was kicking him viciously, thwarting any of his attempts to get back up and forcing him to curl up protectively.
"Think about this the next time you decide to fucking mug someone," Lea snarled, kicking the man soundly in the stomach.
Someone should probably pull him off before he got carried away.
