What habits do they have that housemates might be aware of? Coworkers? Well, his housemate knows all of his weird quirks. He's actually a quiet guy who likes to people watch and maybe clean his nails with a knife. He can actually be helpful and even nice when he's dealing one on one with someone most of the time.
